用0.25%CaCl_2处理玉米种子,幼苗叶片水势、可溶性糖及游离脯氨酸含量较高,蛋白质水解度和游离氨基酸含量较低,但苗期以后上述现象消失殆尽,说明CaCl_2能诱发玉米幼苗的抗旱性,但难于持久,此外,在干旱时,抗旱型杂交玉米叶片的蛋白质水解度及游离脯氨酸含量分别低于和高于敏感杂交种。
Maize seeds treated with 0.25% CaCl 2 showed higher leaf water potential, soluble sugar and free proline content, lower protein hydrolyzability and free amino acid content, but disappeared after seedling stage, indicating that CaCl 2 can induce maize seedlings Drought resistance, but difficult to lasting.
