基于旋转调频调制盘的定位原理,研究了某型号瞄准制导仪中调制盘图案的设计特点。该调制盘的设计具有调制盘的转动中心与光学系统的光轴不同心,连续线性反映目标的偏离量,以及以直角坐标方式给出目标的方位信息等特点。设计了该调制盘的外、内调制光路的调频图案。外、内调制光路上的图案分别刻饰有三条光路,它们各自对应着6个不同的频率区域。给出了该调制盘确定偏离信息的原理和频率的计算方法。该调制盘可以线性地给出偏离中心的误差信息。
Based on the positioning principle of rotating FM board, the design features of the modulation disk pattern in aiming guide were studied. The design of the modulation disk has the characteristics that the rotation center of the modulation disk is not concentric with the optical axis of the optical system, the deviation of the target is continuously and linearly reflected, and the orientation information of the target is given in a rectangular coordinate manner. Design the modulation disk, FM modulation of the internal light path pattern. In addition, the patterns on the inner modulation optical path are respectively decorated with three light paths, each corresponding to six different frequency regions. The principle and frequency of the modulation disk to determine the deviation information are given. The modulation disk can give off-center error information linearly.
