厦门西港沉积物中碱性磷酸酶 (AL Pase)活力水平的研究已表明 ,ALPase在沉积物磷转化过程中起了一定的作用 .为了进一步研究沉积物中有机氯化合物对 ALPase活力的影响 ,对厦门西港沉积物中 AL Pase活力和 HCHs、DDTs、PCBs的含量进行了同步检测 ,结果表明厦门西港沉积物中除了个别站位有机氯化合物含量较高外 ,整体上有机氯化合物的污染并不明显 ,因而对 AL Pase的影响也较低 .但在有机氯化合物污染较重的站位 ,其对 ALPase活力的影响呈明显的抑制效应 .
Studies on alkaline phosphatase (ALPase) activity in the sediment of the western part of Xiamen have shown that ALPase plays a role in phosphorus conversion in sediments.In order to further study the effect of organochlorine compounds on the activity of ALPase in sediments, The concentrations of AL Pase and HCHs, DDTs and PCBs in the sediments of Xiamen West Port were detected synchronously. The results showed that except for the high content of organic chlorine compounds in the sediments of Xiamen West Port, the overall pollution of organochlorine compounds was not obvious , And therefore had a lower impact on AL Pase, but significantly inhibited the activity of ALPase at stations contaminated by organochlorine compounds.
