2002年,中国国内生产总值达到102398亿元,较上年增长8%,人民生活水平稳步提高,市场活跃,产品丰富,品种花色增多,营销竞争激烈,拉动广告持续健康快速发展。据有关统计资料显示:截至2002年年底,全年,全国(不含港澳台)广告经兼营单位为89552户,广告从业人员756414人,广告营业额达903.1464亿元人民币,分别较上年增长14.31%,6.68%与13.62%;广告费占国内生产总值的比重达到0.882;
In 2002, China’s GDP reached 10.2398 trillion yuan, an increase of 8% over the previous year. The living standards of the people have been steadily raised. The market is active, the products are rich, the variety of products is increased, the marketing competition is fierce, and the advertisement is sustained and healthy and rapid development. According to relevant statistical data, as of the end of 2002, there were 89,552 advertisements in the whole country (excluding Hong Kong, Maucao, Taiwan) and 756,414 advertisers as of the end of 2002. The turnover of advertisements reached 90.31464 trillion yuan, up respectively from the previous year 14.31%, 6.68% and 13.62% respectively. Advertising costs accounted for 0.882 of the GDP;
