本文对泰国中小学汉语教师的发展进行了历时研究,根据泰国政府对华文教师政策的变迁,将泰国华文教学的历史分为四个阶段,对泰国中小学华文教师发展的大致情况进行了较为系统的梳理。在各个阶段首先介绍该阶段的汉语教学历史情况,再分别就政府对华文教师的政策、华文教师的构成、华文教师的素质、华文教师队伍存在的问题等四个方面进行阐述,系统整理每阶段中小学汉语教师发展的情况,分析阐释了各阶段政府的华文教育政策对华文教育发展,特别是华文教师发展所产生的影响,揭示了形成现今泰国汉语教学状况的背后原因。
Based on the change of Thai government’s policy on Chinese teachers, this paper divides the history of Chinese teaching in Thailand into four stages, and systematically analyzes the development of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools in Thailand. Combing. At each stage, the author first introduces the history of Chinese teaching at this stage. Then it elaborates on the government’s policy on Chinese teachers, the composition of Chinese teachers, the quality of Chinese teachers and the problems of Chinese teachers. The development of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools analyzes and explains the impact of government Chinese education policies at various stages on the development of Chinese education, especially the development of Chinese teachers, and reveals the reasons behind the current situation of Chinese teaching in Thailand.
