’我国是世界上生产和消费鸡蛋数量最大的国家。有人统计,我国每年人均消费鸡蛋约260枚。但鸡蛋的生产技术水平以及蛋品质量却难尽如人意。目前国内95%以上的鸡蛋生产,是通过农户小规模家庭饲养和小企业低水平机械化饲养的鸡产的蛋。许多生产者为了降低成本、获取更大利润,便偷工减料,使用劣质饲料;为降低疫病风险,便滥用抗生素;为求高产,便大量使用合成激素。这些做法直接导致鸡蛋的品质下降、营养失衡。使致病菌、抗生素、激素残留等严重超标。’
