近年来,国有企业高学历青年员工日益增多。他们思想活跃,观念超前,受外部各种思潮的影响较大,对民生、环境、权利高度关切。此外,由于当前社会经济成分的多元化、社会分配形式的多元化,引起了人们思想观念、价值取向的变化。这些都给企业宣传思想工作带来许多新的难解课题。在这种情况下,靠强制性灌输、模式化的宣传、教条式的教育,已不适应新形势的需要,也容易使员工群众产生逆反心理。客观地说,大道理是必须讲的,关键是怎么讲才能使之入耳、入脑、入心。
In recent years, the number of highly educated young workers in state-owned enterprises has been increasing. They are active in thinking and advanced in concept. They are greatly influenced by various external ideological trends and are highly concerned with people’s livelihood, the environment and their rights. In addition, due to the diversification of current social and economic components, the diversification of social distribution patterns has caused the changes of people’s ideas and values. These have brought many new and difficult problems for the publicity and ideological work of enterprises. Under such circumstances, due to compulsory inculcation and moderation propaganda and dogmatic education, they are no longer able to meet the needs of the new situation and are also likely to make the staff masses produce rebellious mentality. Objectively speaking, the truth must be said, the key is how to make it into the ear, into the brain, into the heart.
