1989年7月～1991年10月共行高颈段肿瘤切除12例,取得较为满意的疗效。 本组男10例,女2例。平均年龄为39.6岁。发病1年内就诊者1例,1～4年者9例,4～6年者2例,自发病至入院平均为34个月。首发症状为颈项部疼痛者6例,半身麻痛4例,上肢麻痛2例,不全瘫及肌萎缩11例。入院时检查:四肢不全瘫11例,感觉障碍12例,
From July 1989 to October 1991, a total of 12 cases of high-necked tumor resection were performed, and satisfactory results were obtained. The group of 10 males and 2 females. The average age is 39.6 years old. One patient was diagnosed within 1 year of onset, 9 cases were from 1 to 4 years and 2 cases were from 4 to 6 years. The average time from admission to admission was 34 months.
