坐落于北京中关村高科技园区的标志性雕塑是一个 DNA 双螺旋,由此可见 DNA 在生物科学发展以至高科技发展中的重要意义。在高中生物教科书中,DNA 的结构是重点内容之一,它是揭示遗传本质的分子基础,是学习 DNA 复制的前提条件。这部分内容要让学生掌握两个要点:一是组成 DNA 的基本单位;二是 DNA 双螺旋结构的特点。DNA 双螺旋结构,肉眼看不见,摸不着,在多媒体诞生之前,教师多采用图片、文字,辅以有限的模型进行教学,教学难度可想而知,学生掌握起来也颇费脑筋。
Located in the Zhongguancun High-tech Park in Beijing’s landmark sculpture is a DNA double helix, which shows the DNA in the development of biological science and technology as well as the importance of high-tech. In high school biology textbooks, the structure of DNA is one of the key contents. It is the molecular basis for revealing the nature of the inheritance and a prerequisite for studying DNA replication. This part of the content for students to grasp two main points: First, the basic unit of DNA; Second, the characteristics of DNA double helix structure. DNA double helix structure, the naked eye can not see, touched, before the birth of multimedia, teachers use pictures, text, supplemented by limited models for teaching, the difficulty of teaching can be imagined, the students grasp quite troublesome.
