随着国民经济建设的发展,制冷设备大量普及。立式管壳式氨冷凝器广泛应用于中、小型制冷机组中。其优点是: 传热系数高,占地面积小,安装在室外,一般的水源就可以作为冷却水,不易发生换热管堵塞现象。缺点是:水冷却管易被腐蚀,漏泄时不易发现(如图1。) 1 对立式管壳式氨冷凝器结构改造的原因在役的制冷系统检验中,检验员与用户感觉难办的是立式管壳式氨冷凝器的检验。因为(1)此种设备由于结构原因既无人孔又无检查手孔,壳体内部和冷却管束的检验只能靠窥视镜在接管内观察腐蚀情况; (2)内、外部检验完毕进行水压试验时必须将冷凝器从原来安装位置吊下来进行水压试验,否则水压试
