Objective To investigate the effect of artificial gravity joint exercise on cardiovascular dysfunction induced by simulated weightlessness. Methods Twelve male volunteers were randomly divided into control group and exercise group. The control group only performed bed rest for 4 days and the exercise group performed 2 G artificial gravity combined with 80% -95% anaerobic threshold intensity aerobic exercise for 60 minutes every day in bed. Before and after bed rest measurement of standing endurance, exercise capacity, systolic function, plasma volume, 腘 vein compliance and so on. Results Compared with those before bed rest, the control group had significantly lower standing, exercise endurance and cardiac pumping and systolic function (P <0.05), and significantly increased the cross-sectional area and compliance of the veins (P <0.05) After the group of volunteers in bed no significant changes in the above parameters. CONCLUSIONS: 4 d low bed rest may lead to decreased cardiac contractile function, decreased plasma volume, and increased venous compliance of lower extremities, with decreased standing and exercise endurance. 60 G daily 2 G artificial gravity combined with 80% -95% anaerobic threshold exercise can effectively maintain the systolic function, plasma volume and venous compliance of the lower extremity during bedridden so as to resist standing and exercise endurance caused by simulated weightlessness Decline.
