半年多来,在厂校工人、技术员、教员、工农兵学员、干部的共同努力下,我们对TA7钛合金空心叶片加热充氩校形进行了试验,并且取得初步成果。本文简要地叙述了TA7钛合金的基本性能;提出了加热充氩校形的方案,及其工装设备;确定了工艺参数,并列出了试验数据。这份总结可作为同类产品生产与钛合金成形工艺的技术参考资料。
Over the past six months, with the joint efforts of factory workers, technicians, instructors, workers and peasants and soldiers, and cadres, we conducted experiments on the heating and filling of TA7 titanium alloy hollow blades with initial results. In this paper, the basic properties of TA7 titanium alloy are briefly described. The scheme of heating the argon-filled calibration and its equipment are proposed. The process parameters are determined and the test data are listed. This summary can be used as a reference material for the production of similar products and titanium alloy forming process.
