Wada等人合成了2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-4-甲基-5-(磺甲胺)基苯甲酸(简称TAMSMB),并以此显色剂测定了不同试样中的钴。文献报道了对该试剂酸度常数的测定及其铜、钴、镍络合物的组成,摩尔吸光率等。本文进一步研究了TAMSMB与铜、钴、镍离子显色反应的条件,提出了同时测定铜、钴、镍的分析方法。试验部分一仪器与试剂 Zeiss Specord UV-VIS自动记录分光光度计 Beckman DU-7紫外可见分光光度计 pH S-3型酸度计 TAMSMB溶液:5.0×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1)(日本株式会社同仁化学研究所生产) 乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液:pH5.5
Wada et al synthesized 2- (2-thiazolylazo) -4-methyl-5- (sulfomethylamino) benzoic acid (abbreviated as TAMSMB), and determined the cobalt in different samples with this color developer. Reported in the literature on the determination of the acidity constant of the reagent and its copper, cobalt, nickel complex composition, molar absorptivity and so on. In this paper, the conditions for the color reaction of TAMSMB with copper, cobalt and nickel ions are further studied. The simultaneous determination of copper, cobalt and nickel is proposed.
