当前,中国进入到酒种多元化时代,酒种与酒种之间的交叉与创新更是持续不断。白酒跨界进入到预调酒、保健酒乃至于果酒领域;葡萄酒领域推出了起泡酒、红/白/蓝等复合性葡萄酒;保健酒进入到健康白酒、健康饮料等大产业领域。然后就是白酒与果酒的交叉复合,保健酒与功能白酒交叉复合等等。酒种多元化背后本质是消费者价值多元化,对于啤酒行业来说,推动“功能细分”可能是全行业需要共同面对的课题。
At present, China has entered the era of diversification of wines. The cross-over and innovation between wort and wines are continuous. Liquor cross-border into the pre-order wine, health wine and even fruit wine areas; the introduction of wine sparkling wine, red / white / blue and other complex wine; health wine into the health liquor, health drinks and other large industries. Then there is the cross combination of liquor and fruit wine, health wine and functional liquor cross-compound and so on. Behind the diversification of wine is the nature of consumer value diversification, for the beer industry, to promote “functional subdivision ” may be the industry need to face the issue.
