目的 探讨口腔扁平苔藓的免疫发病机理。方法 透射电子显微镜。结果 活化的 T 淋巴细胞攻击粘膜上皮细胞; 上皮基底板呈间断性断裂;肥大细胞增生、活化、脱颗粒、溶解; 粘膜固有层淋巴细胞带状浸润,可见淋巴细胞间合作现象; 微血管内皮细胞及周细胞损害; 微血管基底板高度增厚, 显示有免疫沉积物; 粘膜上皮凋亡; 郎格罕细胞变化。结论 进一步证实口腔扁平苔藓是以细胞介导的免疫反应为主。
Objective To investigate the immune pathogenesis of oral lichen planus. Methods Transmission electron microscopy. RESULTS: Activated T lymphocytes attacked mucosal epithelial cells; epithelial basal lamina showed intermittent rupture; mast cells proliferated, activated, degranulated and lysed; banding infiltration of lamina propria lymphocytes showed the phenomenon of lymphocyte cooperation; microvascular endothelial cells and Pericytes damage; Microvascular basement plate thickening, showing immune deposits; Mucosal epithelial apoptosis; Langerhans cell changes. Conclusions further confirmed that oral lichen planus-mediated immune response based.
