在供电企业,阻碍员工技术技能水平提升的关键因素在于员工缺乏提升技术技能的主动性,这也就造成了培训年年搞、员工的技术技能水平不提升甚至倒退的情况。针对以上情况,佛山供电局以提升“人才质量”为目标,以完善激励机制和发展通道为着力点,激发员工自主学习、主动提升的内生动力,并加大培训学习平台的搭建,在推动技术技能人才队伍自主学习和成长方面作了有效的探索和实践。
