目前 ,四川省民营经济已经初步搭建起人才资源向人才资本转化的巨大平台和通道 ,但民营经济人才资源在向人才资本转化的过程中 ,还受到人才引进机制不畅通、人才管理不适应、人才市场诚信度较低等方面的制约和障碍。因此 ,宜采取相应的对策加快四川省民营企业人才资源向人才资本的转化 :营造尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重劳动、尊重创造的环境氛围 ,建立紧缺急需人才信息库 ,创新民营企业现代管理人事机制和人才市场机制 ,推进社会诚信体系建立 ,构筑民企个人诚信小环境 ,逐步完善科学公正的奖惩制度等等
