跨国公司目前已经是撼动全世界格局的重要体系,其在各国所向无敌。面对经济全球化、信息革命的挑战以及国际市场的新格局,跨国公司在中国的发展给中国的就业带来了机遇和挑战。通过静态的分析其对就业的积极和消极两方面影响,并且在此基础上进一步介绍了动态的分析跨国公司对就业的影响,得出结论:在长期内,跨国公司将对我国就业起拉动作用。面对跨国公司在短期内给我国就业带来的某些消极影响,政府及国内企业应采取相应对策,依靠自身力量缓解就业压力,使就业的拉动效应尽快到来。
Multinational corporations are now an important system that has shaken the pattern of the world and invincible in all countries. Faced with the challenges of economic globalization and the information revolution as well as the new pattern in the international market, the development of multinational corporations in China has brought opportunities and challenges to employment in China. Through the static analysis of its positive and negative effects on employment, and on this basis, it further introduces the dynamic analysis of the impact of multinationals on employment and concludes that in the long run, multinational corporations will pull their jobs in our country . In the face of some negative impacts brought about by transnational corporations in our employment in the short term, the government and domestic enterprises should take corresponding measures and rely on their own efforts to ease the employment pressure so that the stimulating effect of employment will come as soon as possible.
