随着建材连锁超市在中国的不断发展,行业市场竞争也日趋激烈。中国本土建材连锁超市在自身高速发展过程中,由于资金、物流、培训、管理等方面原因,大部分企业的发展已面临困境。本文从战略的角度对造成这一困境的原因作了深入分析,并提出本土建材企业不应采取外资建材连锁超市所普遍采用的全国连锁经营模式,而应该发展区域连锁,即集中发展战略。
With the continuous development of building materials supermarket chain in China, the competition in the market of the industry is also getting fiercer. China’s domestic building materials chain supermarket in its own rapid development process, due to capital, logistics, training, management and other reasons, most of the business development has been facing difficulties. This article makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of this dilemma from a strategic point of view and proposes that local building materials enterprises should not adopt the national chain management mode commonly adopted by foreign-funded building materials chain supermarkets. Instead, they should develop regional chains, that is, concentrate their development strategies.
