采用数值模拟方法研究分析了四种常用风阀对通风管道内流场和粒子沉积特性的影响。结果表明,风阀对粒子沉积量的影响存在临界开度,当风阀开度小于临界开度时,粒子在风管中的沉积量将急剧增加,并集中在阀后大约1 m范围内。双叶对开阀、蝶阀、定风量阀和止回阀的临界开度分别为30°、40°、45°、35°。前三种阀门风管侧面的沉积量占比最大,止回阀在风管底面的沉积量占比最大。
The numerical simulation method was used to study the influence of four commonly used dampers on the flow field and particle deposition characteristics in the ventilation duct. The results show that the influence of the air valve on the particle deposition has a critical opening. When the opening of the air valve is less than the critical opening, the deposition of particles in the air duct will increase sharply and be concentrated within approximately 1 m behind the valve. The critical opening of the double leaf split valve, butterfly valve, fixed air volume valve and check valve is 30°, 40°, 45°, and 35°, respectively. The deposition of the first three kinds of valve duct side accounted for the largest proportion, and the deposition of the check valve on the bottom of the duct was the largest.
