患者,男,25岁。主因腰痛,右下肢疼痛半月,双下肢瘫痪2天于1999年8月1日就诊。查体:T 37.5℃,P 98次/min,R 21次/min,Bp 100/70 mmHg。神志清楚,精神欠佳,急性痛苦表情,被动体位。全身皮肤粘膜无出血点及瘀斑,无黄染。浅表淋巴结无肿大。眼睑无浮肿,结膜稍苍白,巩膜无黄染。心肺检查无异常,腹部无压痛,肝、胆、脾未触及。神经系统检查:脑神经:双侧瞳孔无异常,无面瘫,其他未见异常。运动;双下肢瘫痪,肌力均为1级,肌张力减低。感觉:双T_8～S_4痛觉减退,双下肢深感觉减退。反射:腹壁反
Patient, male, 25 years old. Main due to low back pain, right lower extremity pain half moon, lower limb paralysis 2 days in August 1, 1999 treatment. No abnormal heart and lung examination, abdominal tenderness, liver, gallbladder, spleen not touched. Nervous system examination: cranial nerves: bilateral pupil no abnormalities, no facial paralysis, no other abnormalities. Sports; paralysis of both lower extremities, muscle strength are grade 1, muscle tension decreased. Feeling: Double T_8 ~ S_4 pain relief, deep lower extremity feeling diminished.
