目的对GC—ECD法测定大气中的N2O浓度及条件优化进行研究探讨。方法 GC-ECD法是一种高灵敏度、高选择性的分析方法[1]。采用GC-ECD法对天津某高校供热站外空气中N2O浓度测定,并做比较。结果大气中N20在采暖期和非采暖期的含量显著不同。结论由于冬季采暖期,化石燃料的大量燃烧,释放的气体中含有N20,采暖期的N20浓度会高于非采暖期。
Objective To study the determination of atmospheric N2O concentration by GC-ECD and the optimization of conditions. Methods GC-ECD method is a high sensitivity, high selectivity of the analytical method [1]. The GC-ECD method was used to determine the concentration of N2O in the air outside the heating station in a university in Tianjin. Results The content of N20 in the atmosphere was significantly different during the heating and non-heating periods. Conclusion Due to the large amount of burning of fossil fuels in winter heating period, the released gas contains N20, and the N20 concentration in heating period will be higher than that in non-heating period.
