稳定塘处理污水是近年来在我国着力推广的一项新技术。沉积污泥的数量和分布,直接影响到塘内的生化过程和净水能力。本文采用平面二维不恒定紊流模型,用有限体积法离散基本微分方程。SIMPLE方法进行压力校正,求解流速场和悬浮物浓度场。采集城市污水污泥样品,测试基本物理力学参数,研究污泥固结密实过程,有机物降解消化过程,提出模拟计算方法。用齐齐哈尔稳定塘运行14年的实测资料对比分析,表明建议的水动力学模型计算结果与实测资料符合良好,能描述污水稳定塘的工作状况,为其研究设计和运用提供了分析检验的手段。
Stabilization of sewage treatment pond in recent years, efforts to promote a new technology. The amount and distribution of sediment sludge directly affects the biochemical processes and water purification capacity in the pond. In this paper, two-dimensional planar two-dimensional non-constant turbulence model, the finite volume method to discrete basic differential equations. SIMPLE method for pressure correction to solve the velocity field and the concentration field of suspended solids. The samples of urban sewage sludge were collected and the basic physical and mechanical parameters were tested to study the consolidation process of sludge and the process of degradation and digestion of organic matter. The simulation calculation method was proposed. The comparative analysis of the measured data of 14 years of operation in Qiqihar stable pond shows that the proposed hydrodynamic model is in good agreement with the measured data and can describe the working conditions of the sewage stabilization pond and provide a means of analysis and test for its research design and application.
