Chronic renal failure can induce and promote atherosclerosis through a variety of pathophysiological pathways, resulting in an increased incidence of cardiovascular events and mortality. The drugs used in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease can affect the kidneys, such as contrast agents, aspirin, statins, beta blockers and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. Currently, the study of clinical drug application in the diagnosis and treatment of CHD in patients with chronic renal failure is mainly based on small-scale prospective or retrospective controlled trials. There is not much guideline recommended so whether the treatment of CHD secondary to renal function is normal It is still not clear what patients will benefit from.
