铜冠水运公司从其前身金航轮船公司筹建之始,至今历时整整20年,在这20年里,公司从单船经营发展到目前的集运输、装卸、代理为一体的小型综合企业;从由靠补贴迈入年利润700余万元的创利企业,这个蜕变过程,就是公司经历市场磨砺的过程,也是公司通过管理创新,实施“管改结合、再造企业”的过程。本文通过铜冠水运公司的生存与发展,从管理创新角度进行了回顾和分析,并由此引发的启示与思考
For the past 20 years, the company has grown from a single-vessel operation to the current small-scale integrated enterprise integrating transportation, loading and unloading, and agency, from the beginning of the establishment of its predecessor, Jinhang Steamship Company.
