研究了预应变量、加热和冷却工艺对FeMn-Si-Cr-Ni-C形状记忆合金回复应力的影响。结果表明,当预应变量小于3%~4%时,随应变量的增加,回复应力增加。大于3%~4%后,则下降。同一温度下,冷却过程的回复应力大于加热过程的回复应力。停止加热时的温度越高,冷却过程中的回复应力越大。
The effect of pre-strain, heating and cooling process on the recovery stress of FeMn-Si-Cr-Ni-C shape memory alloy was studied. The results show that when the prestrain is less than 3% ~ 4%, the stress increases with the increase of the strain. More than 3% to 4%, then decline. The same temperature, the cooling process of the recovery stress is greater than the heating process of the recovery stress. The higher the temperature at which heating is stopped, the greater the recovery stress during cooling.
