根据中小水库洪水特点,以蓄满产流理论为依据,提出了水量平衡法预报中小水库洪水位的原理与方法,通过对昭通市中小流域水文资料的整理和分析,选用了降水与洪水过程较为完整的铜锣坝、罗汉坪、胡家山、小海子的水文观测资料,进行场次洪水总量计算,最终得出径流深及雨洪(径流)系数,并将降雨量-径流深关系曲线与水库水位-库容曲线相结合,构建了水量平衡法中小水库洪水位预报模型,并用于指导实践。此模型简单、实用,值得推广应用。
According to the flood characteristics of small and medium reservoirs, based on the theory of full production and runoff, the principle and method of forecasting the flood level of medium and small reservoirs by water balance are put forward. Through the sorting and analysis of the hydrological data of medium and small watersheds in Zhaotong, the process of precipitation and flood is comparatively selected The complete flood data from Tongluoba Dam, Luohanping, Hujiashan and Xiahaizi were used to calculate the total amount of floods during the event. Finally, the runoff depth and the coefficient of rainstorm (runoff) were obtained. The relationship between rainfall-runoff depth and reservoir Water level - storage curve combination, constructed the water balance method reservoir flood level forecast model, and used to guide practice. This model is simple, practical and worth promoting.
