黄连是一种清热解毒的传统中药,在生长过程中对重金属元素有较强的富集作用。为了能够对中药内重金属元素进行快速鉴别,以铅元素(Pb)为例,采用激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)对其进行检测。实验以Nd:YAG固体脉冲激光器作为激发光源,八通道光谱仪进行光谱采集,选用特征谱线Pb 405.7 nm进行分析,得到了实验条件下的最佳激光能量为60 m J,最佳延迟时间为1μs。对6种不同浓度的样品在最佳实验条件下进行定量分析,拟合出光谱强度和浓度的定标曲线,线性拟合度R2=0.976。计算出检测限为0.19%。通过实验结果可得出结论 :LIBS可用于黄连Pb污染的快速判定,对于中药材重金属污染快速检测有极大潜力。
Coptis is a traditional Chinese medicine detoxification, heavy metals in the growth process has a strong enrichment effect. In order to rapidly identify heavy metal elements in traditional Chinese medicine, lead (Pb) was used as an example to detect it by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). Experimental Nd: YAG solid-state pulsed laser as the excitation light source, eight-channel spectrometer for spectral acquisition, selection characteristics of Pb 405.7 nm for analysis, the experimental conditions the best laser energy of 60 m J, the best delay time of 1μs . Six kinds of samples with different concentrations were quantitatively analyzed under the optimal experimental conditions, and the calibration curve of spectral intensity and concentration was fitted. The linearity of fitting R2 = 0.976. The calculated limit of detection was 0.19%. The conclusion can be drawn from the experimental results: LIBS can be used for the rapid determination of Pb pollution in Coptis chinensis and has great potential for the rapid detection of heavy metal pollution in Chinese herbal medicines.
