为了弄清疟原虫密度与体温的关系,于1988年1~12月对尼日利亚卡拉巴大学教学医院儿童急诊室的患儿进行了观察。受试者为1188名10岁以下连续就诊的儿童,近期无氯喹服用史。经细致体检,测量腋温(37.5℃以上为发热)及厚薄血膜检查疟原虫。结果532人查获原虫,阳性率44.8%,其中76人(14.3%)体温正常62人(11.7%)
In order to clarify the relationship between the density of Plasmodium and body temperature, children from the Children’s Emergency Room at the Teaching Hospital of University of Calabar, Nigeria, were observed from January to December 1988. The subjects were 1188 consecutive children under 10 years of age, the recent history of taking chloroquine. After careful physical examination, axillary temperature measurement (37.5 ℃ for fever) and thickness of the blood film check the parasite. Results 532 people seized protozoa, the positive rate of 44.8%, of which 76 (14.3%) normal body temperature 62 (11.7%)
