将间歇性生产的过滤装置改为连续过滤,这是从事水处理工作者共同心愿。由于省掉了较大的冲洗水箱,使进水和出水得到平衡,操作更为简单合理。本装置命名为哈定奇式,日本已在100万吨以上规模的水厂中应用。美国也正在建造一座过滤能力为15万吨的装置。近来大多数人认为可用于污水三级处理及活性炭过滤装置。然而,本装置到目前为止,还局限于低浊度、低滤速,不过从这种方法的运转程序上来说,即使是对高浊度高滤速也是完全能使用的。关键就在于本装置具有局部冲洗式的构造。

The device is named Haridoch-type, and Japan has been applied in a water plant of more than 1 million tons. The United States is also building a device with a filtration capacity of 150,000 tons. Recently, most people think that it can be used for sewage tertiary treatment and activated carbon filtration devices. However, the present device is still limited to low turbidity and low filtration speed so far, but from the running procedure of this method, even high turbidity and high filtration rate can be fully used. The key is that the device has a local flush configuration.
