我国自2008年起已成为世界第一大博士学位授予国。根据《2011年全国教育事业发展统计公报》,我国2011年招收博士生6.56万人,在学博士生达27.13万人,分别是2000年的2.61倍和4.03倍;同期经济学博士生招生数2562人,在校生数11098人,分别为2000年的1.35倍和2.38倍。在博士生规模空前庞大的同时,如何提高博士生培养质量成为社会各界广泛关注、教育界着力研究解决的重点问题。
