臂丛神经阻滞在上肢手术中应用广泛,但传统定位方法多为盲探寻找异感,要求患儿清醒状态下配合来判断麻醉效果,部分患儿因年龄小、耐受度差、情绪紧张而无法配合,限制其在儿童上肢手术中的应用。近年来临床上应用神经刺激器,可直接通过观察肌肉收缩反应,使神经阻滞定位有了直观指标,为儿童在基础麻醉下完成臂丛神经阻滞提供了保障。本研究观察氯胺酮复合神经刺激器引导下臂丛神经阻滞的临床麻醉效果,旨在为儿童上肢手术
Brachial plexus block is widely used in upper extremity surgery. Some of them have some problems, such as young age, poor tolerance, emotional stress But can not cooperate to limit its application in children’s upper limb surgery. In recent years, clinical application of neurostimulator, can directly observe the muscle contraction reaction, so that the positioning of the nerve block has an intuitive indicator for children under the basic anesthesia to complete the brachial plexus block provided a guarantee. This study was to observe the clinical anesthesia effect of ketamine combined with neurostimulator-guided brachial plexus block in order to provide a suitable method for upper limb surgery
