目的观察碘伏消毒液对结核分枝杆菌标准株H37Ra和三种临床分离出来的耐药结核分枝杆菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,进行了实验室研究。结果用含有效碘250 mg/L的碘伏消毒液作用5min,对悬液内结核分枝杆菌标准菌株杀灭对数值>4.00。用含有效碘250 mg/L的碘伏消毒液作用3 min,对耐利福平结核分枝杆菌株杀灭对数值>4.00。含有效碘250 mg/L的碘伏消毒液作用1 min,对利福平与异烟肼复合耐药结核分枝杆菌株杀灭对数值>4.00。含有效碘250 mg/L的碘伏消毒液作用3 min,对4种药物联合耐药结核分枝杆菌株杀灭对数值>4.00。结论碘伏消毒液对结核分枝杆菌标准株H37Ra以及3种临床分离耐药结核分枝杆菌株具有良好杀菌作用,结核分枝杆菌标准菌株H37Ra对碘伏的抵抗力强于耐药菌株。
Objective To observe the killing effect of iodophor disinfectant on mycobacterium tuberculosis standard strain H37Ra and three clinical isolates of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test method, the laboratory study. Results With iodine disinfectant containing effective iodine 250 mg / L for 5 min, the logarithmic value of the standard strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the suspension was> 4.00. With iodine disinfectant containing effective iodine 250 mg / L for 3 min, the killing logarithm of M. tuberculosis strains resistant to Rifampicin> 4.00. The iodophor disinfection solution containing effective iodine 250 mg / L for 1 min, the killing logarithm of rifampin and isoniazid-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains> 4.00. Iodine disinfectant containing effective iodine 250 mg / L for 3 min, the killing logarithm> 4.00 of the four drugs combined with drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains. Conclusion The iodophor disinfection solution has a good bactericidal effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis standard strain H37Ra and three clinical isolates of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The standard strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra is more resistant to iodophor than resistant strains.
