探讨晚期胃癌全胃切除术后消化道重建的方法。对晚期胃癌全胃切除后行结肠代胃29例，取带蒂样结肠20～30cm，结肠段之远端与十二指肠吻合者21例，与胃窦部吻合者8例，其中结肠顺蠕动20例，逆蠕者9例，术后患者饮食正常，无反酸嗳气症状，X线钡餐造影无钡剂滞留。认为此法既可最大限度地切除肿瘤，又能防止反流性食管炎。
To explore the method of digestive tract reconstruction after total gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer. After total gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer, there were 29 cases of colon colony, 20 to 30 cm of pedicel-like colon, 21 cases of distal segment of duodenum and duodenal anastomosis, and 8 cases of anastomosis with gastric antrum. There were 20 cases of peristalsis and 9 cases of retrograde peristalsis. After the operation, the patients had normal diet and no signs of acid reflux. X-ray barium meal had no barium retention. It is considered that this method can not only maximize tumor resection but also prevent reflux esophagitis.
