本文讨论了一种采样频混检测电路。该检测电路采用双频比较工作原理,将输入信号数字化后与系统采样时钟作频率比较,能发现一切基频信号频混现象及大多数纹波频混现象,从而大大提高数字示波器等设备的测量可信度、文中介绍了该检测电路的结构,着重讨论了其中的关键技术──输入信号数字化方法,并提出了一种工作频率达100MHz以上的新型纹波数字化电路结构。
This article discusses a sampling frequency mixing detection circuit. The detection circuit using dual-frequency comparison principle, the input signal is digitized with the system sampling clock frequency comparison, we can find all the fundamental frequency signal mixing phenomenon and most of the ripple frequency mixing phenomenon, thereby greatly improving the digital oscilloscope and other equipment measurements This paper introduces the structure of the detection circuit, and discusses the key technology of it - the digital method of the input signal. A new type of ripple digital circuit structure with a working frequency of more than 100MHz is proposed.
