在齿轮减速器设计过程中,所有轴系的结构尺寸确定后,需进行轴的强度校核,采用人工手算的方法不仅重复劳动量大,且化费时间,尤其在系列设计中更为突出。如果将计算步骤编成程序在微型机上计算,就会大大缩短设计周期,提高工作效率。由于齿轮减速器转轴并非是十分重要的轴,所以本程序按弯曲与扭转合成强度进行计算,以BASIC 语言编写,在紫金-Ⅱ微型机上运行.不论轴的转向、齿轮的旋向怎样,轴的受力简图有下列四种:
