研究了锰对雌性小鼠生殖功能和F1子代的影响。结果表明:高毒组小鼠动情周期延长,动情期缩短,受孕率下降,但活胎率、吸收胎率与对照组比/较无显著性差异。染毒组F1代仔鼠的活胎率下降,死胎率升高,高毒组仔鼠的出生第4日和21日体重明显低于对照组,对仔鼠运动反射也有明显影响。实验结果提示:锰不仅对雌性小鼠性腺有影响,而且其性腺毒性具有远期效应。
Effects of manganese on reproductive function and F1 progeny of female mice were studied. The results showed that: hyperstimulation group mice prolonged estrous cycle, estrus period shortened, the pregnancy rate decreased, but the live birth rate, the absorption rate and the control group compared with / no significant difference. The live fetus rate and the stillbirth rate of F1 offspring rats in the exposure group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 4th and 21st day of birth. The experimental results suggest that manganese not only affects female gonads, but also has long-term effects on gonadal toxicity.
