为了解决LVB3061型直线振动筛出料端横向位移较大的问题,采用软件分析和试验测试相结合的方法对筛机进行了分析。分析结果表明,工作频率在13.03~14.07 Hz区间内时,筛机出料端横向位移超出行业标准规定的许用数值。通过更换传统系统带轮,将工作频率更改为14.73 Hz,出料端的最大横向位移仅为0.30 mm,筛机横向位移数值达到了行业标准的要求。
In order to solve the problem that the lateral displacement of the outlet end of LVB3061 linear vibrating screen is large, the paper machine is analyzed by a combination of software analysis and testing. The analysis results show that when the operating frequency is in the range of 13.03 ~ 14.07 Hz, the lateral displacement of the discharging end of the sieve machine exceeds the permissible value stipulated in the industry standard. By changing the traditional system pulley, the operating frequency is changed to 14.73 Hz, the maximum lateral displacement of the discharge end is only 0.30 mm, and the value of the horizontal displacement of the screen machine meets the requirements of the industry standard.
