井筒掘进大多采用风动工具凿岩及抓岩机出矸,风动凿岩机所产生的噪声有87.4%为排气噪声,有12.6%为活塞冲击钎尾、钎头冲击岩石以及机体的振动与摩擦所产生的冲击噪声与机械噪声。风动凿岩机总噪声频谱较宽,是属于具有低频、中频及高频成分的广谱声;排气噪声频谱呈中、低频特性,即噪声频率在250Hz左右时其噪声声级最高,可达120dB(A)以上。由于凿井作业可使用的风动工具噪声很高,在井筒掘进中使用现有矿用防爆电话难以通话,有时不得不派人上下井联络,影响
