前部缺血性视乳头病变(AION)是以视力突然减退、扇形视野缺损、视乳头水肿为特征的一种眼疾。降眼压对其治疗尚存争议,我院观察了42例,现将结果报告如下:材料与方法本组病人42例(48眼)中,男31例,女11例;年龄42～71岁,平均56.8岁。高血压动脉硬化引起者38例占90.5%。视力最低眼前手动,最高1.0,平均0.4;视野具有典型改变即与生理盲点相连的半盲或象限性缺损39眼,弓形视野缺损4眼,其它5眼(排除Bjerrum 弧形暗点)为不规则形缺损。发病在一日以内。病人随机分2组,每组21人。治疗组26
