建立了检测ＨＨＶ－６病毒特异ＤＮＡ的ＰＣＲ方法，对４３份健康献血员外周血淋巴细胞ＤＮＡ进行了检测，ＨＨＶ－６病毒ＤＮＡ的阳性率为１８．６％。同时从ＨＨＶ－６中国分离株ＣＨ３中克隆到其主要衣壳蛋白（ＭＣＰ）基因片段，并进行了序列分析和同源性比较。
A PCR method for detecting specific DNA of HHV-6 virus was established. The DNA of 43 peripheral blood lymphocytes from healthy blood donors was tested. The positive rate of HHV-6 DNA was 18.6%. At the same time, the major capsid protein (MCP) gene fragment was cloned from CH3 of HHV-6, and the sequence analysis and homology comparison were carried out.
