本研究采用探针法测定了大型鼓泡塔板上的气泡行为,给出了含气率、气泡直径分布及上升速度随轴向高度的变化关系,分析了气液流率对气泡行为的影响。结果表明:气泡的平均直径呈x2分布;气泡的平均上升速度与气泡直径成1/2次方关系,且随气体流速的升降而增减。由于液体表面张力的作用,含气率沿轴向高度呈S型分布。
In this study, the bubble behavior on a large bubbling tray was measured by the probe method. The relationship between gas bubble rate, bubble diameter distribution and rising velocity with the axial height was given. The influence of gas-liquid flow rate on bubble behavior was also analyzed . The results show that the mean diameter of the bubbles is x2, the average rising velocity of the bubbles is a ½ power relationship with the diameter of the bubbles, and increases and decreases with the rise and fall of the gas velocity. Due to the surface tension of the liquid, the gas content along the axial height was S-shaped distribution.
