永远保持警惕!等级规则几乎是对“众生平等”等社会认知的一次颠覆。大熊在日资企业待过7年。不算短的工作阅历使他深谙日资企业的等级规则及生存之道。“进入日本公司,重要的不是了解成文的规则,而是尽快熟悉、洞察既存的等级序列和使自己的言行置于一个恰当的位置”。公司貌似军队2000年大熊从一家美资企业跳到日资企业,应聘储备干部,级别为主任,这是一个管理4个组60人团队的职务。大熊对这种安排挺满意,但进去之后,才发现根本不是这么一回事。每天的工作就是到各个部门、分公司参观学习、培训,跟最底层的员工呆在一起。
