目的:建立低温原子化测定铅的方法。方法:在平台石墨管中加入碳粉,结合硝酸铵做基体改进剂,用相对较低的原子化温度测定高盐样品铅含量。结果:该法线性范围为0.00μg/L~8.00μg/L,相关系数(r)0.999,方法加标回收率为94.4%~105.3%,RSD(%)为0.92%~4.1%,检出限为5.0μg/L。结论:该法灵敏度高,检出限低,精密度好,背景吸收小,准确度可靠。用于酱油和尿液铅含量的测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of lead by atomization at low temperature. Methods: Carbon powder was added to the graphite tube of the platform, ammonium nitrate was used as the matrix modifier, and the lead content in the high salt sample was determined by the relatively low atomization temperature. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.00μg / L to 8.00μg / L with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999. The recoveries were 94.4% -105.3% with RSDs of 0.92% -4.1% 5.0 μg / L. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity, low detection limit, good precision, small background absorption and reliable accuracy. For the determination of lead in soy sauce and urine, the results are satisfactory.
