随着市场经济的发展,企业战略性目标定位越发重要,而人力资源管理是实现企业战略发展的关键要素。本研究立足于分析人力资源与企业战略契合的意义和契合类型,提出了适合契合战略发展的人力资源管理路径。研究认为人力资源与企业战略的契合包括内部资源契合与外部资源契合两部分,重点是实现基于企业战略的人力资源规划,实现人力资源效能的最大化。
With the development of market economy, the strategic positioning of enterprises becomes more and more important, and human resources management is the key factor to realize the strategic development of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the significance and fit type of the human resource and business strategy fit, this study put forward the human resource management path suitable for the fit strategy development. The research thinks that the fit of human resource and business strategy includes two parts: internal resource fitment and external resource fitment. The key point is to realize the human resources planning based on enterprise strategy, and maximize the human resource efficiency.
