目的应用组织多普勒测量二尖瓣环运动频谱评价重度子痫前期孕妇左室收缩功能。方法 M型测量55例先兆子痫前期患者和80例血压正常孕妇左室射血分数(LVEF),组织多普勒测量二尖瓣环处六个点位的收缩期心肌运动频谱(Sa)及计算六个点位平均值(MSa)。结果 LVEF两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MSa两组比较差异有统计学意义;二尖瓣环处六个点位其中侧壁、前壁及后壁Sa两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);前间隔、后间隔及下壁Sa两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用组织多普勒测量二尖瓣环处六个点位的收缩期心肌运动频谱可以及早发现重度子痫前期患者左室收缩功能异常。
Objective To evaluate the left ventricular systolic function in patients with severe preeclampsia by measuring mitral annular motion spectrum with tissue Doppler. Methods M type LVEF was measured in 55 cases of preeclampsia and 80 cases of normotensive pregnant women. Tissue Doppler was used to measure systolic myocardial motion (Sa) at six sites of mitral annulus and Calculate six point averages (MSa). Results There was no significant difference in LVEF between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in MSa between the two groups Statistical significance (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in anterior septum, posterior septum and inferior wall Sa between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Tissue Doppler measurement of myocardial systolic motion at six sites at the mitral annulus can early detect abnormal left ventricular systolic function in patients with severe preeclampsia.
