普通混凝土以大掺量掺入磨细矿渣和粉煤灰后得到复合胶凝材料混凝土,再采用脱硫石膏替代粉煤灰,研究混凝土收缩性能的变化。试验表明:采用大掺量磨细矿渣和粉煤灰可减小混凝土收缩率,脱硫石膏掺入可进一步减小收缩率。脱硫石膏掺量在占掺合料总量一定范围时效果显著,并在60~120d可产生微膨胀,同时工作性能和抗压强度也能有所提高。
Ordinary concrete with high content of finely ground slag and fly ash mixed with cementitious material obtained after the concrete, and then replaced with fly ash desulfurized gypsum to study the concrete shrinkage changes. Experiments show that: using a large amount of finely ground slag and fly ash can reduce the shrinkage of concrete, gypsum incorporation can further reduce the shrinkage rate. The dosage of FGD gypsum is significant when it accounts for a certain range of the total amount of the admixture, and micro swell can be produced in 60 ~ 120d, and the working performance and compressive strength can also be improved.
