本文研究了采用CaCl_2浸泡一直接还原法处理钒钛铁精矿浸钒球团的还原焙烧脱钠机理和还原粉化问题。用回转窑还原焙烧浸后球团,不仅有还原、碳酸盐分解及脱硫等冶金物化反应,同时还带有相当程度的氯化焙烧性质。CaCl_2作为球团中碱金属的氯化剂,可以有效地脱除K_2O和Na_2O。采用本工艺流程处理浸后球团,不仅要强调适宜的CaCl_2浸泡条件对抑制还原粉化和提高球团强度的重要性、而且要强调整个工艺过程(即水浸—CaCl_2浸泡—干燥—还原焙烧)应该连续进行。
In this paper, the reduction roasting and desalination of vanadium-titanium-iron concentrate vanadium-iron pellets treated by direct reduction with CaCl 2 soaking were investigated. With the rotary kiln reduction roasting leached pellets, not only reduction, carbonate decomposition and desulfurization and other metallurgical physicochemical reactions, but also with a considerable degree of chlorination roasting properties. As a chlorinating agent of alkali metal in pellets, CaCl 2 can remove K 2 O and Na 2 O effectively. Adopting this technological process to treat the pellets after immersion should not only emphasize the importance of suitable CaCl2 dipping conditions to restrain the reduction pulverization and improve the pellet strength, but also emphasize the whole process (namely immersion-soaking-drying-reducing roasting ) Should be carried out continuously.
