In order to reduce the single-crew operation, due to loss of situational awareness, improper workload management and decision-making errors and other unsafe incidents caused by pilots, taking the whole process of single pilots in operational aviation as an example, based on the SHEL model, , People - Hardware, People - Software and People - Environment Analyze the capabilities required of pilots to perform their functions in four phases: pre-flight preparation, direct flight preparation, flight implementation and post-flight reviews, and design the lessons needed to improve their abilities. At the same time, it analyzes the connection among different courses and constructs a single crew training management system for resource management of units, and formulates the framework of each course. Through pilot operations, pilots can utilize resources to train individual performance in order to enhance the pilot’s ability under single-person conditions so as to reduce navigational airstrips due to human factors.
