一顿最优质的早餐应该是怎样的?早餐要占全天能量的1/3早餐决定我们一整天的精神状态,一顿优质早餐的核心是做到营养合理搭配。从能量供给角度看,早、中、晚餐的合理比例应该是30:40:30。也就是说,早餐能量应该占全天能量摄入的1/3。这其中,碳水化合物最好占到50%,蛋白质占15%,脂肪应占35%。对于血压或血脂偏高的人来说,脂肪的含量可以再低一些。
